Select from stainless steel grades, carbon steel and alloy steel. Typical cast components weigh 0.1–50 kg, with ISO 8062 CT5–CT6 tolerances. Approved technical drawings establish internal passages, wall sections, flange connections and the machining stock needed for finishing.

Heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, polishing and passivation follow silica-sol lost-wax casting as specified. Bores, flange surfaces and threaded ports receive finish machining to achieve the dimensional fit needed for sealing and pump assembly.
