Before tooling begins, our manufacturing team in China checks each customer drawing. This review examines wall thickness, reference datums, machining allowances, specified tolerances and access for inspection.

The approved specification determines the casting route, including tooling, casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, drilling, grinding, polishing and final dimensional inspection.

Arctic Casting supports OEM purchasing with manufacturing and export services from China. Submit your 2D technical drawings, 3D models or samples; material certification and dimensional inspection reports are available by arrangement.
